Wareham Development acquired 3373 and 3375 Hillview Avenue at the Stanford Research Park in Palo Alto in 2009. The two inter-connected, two-story, Class A buildings were constructed in 1999, and total 120,000 RSF on 6.76 acres. The buildings were converted to state-of-the-art biomedical research facilities in 2005. Current tenants are the Board of Trustees of Leland Stanford Jr. University and Stanford Hospitals & Clinics.
